Great location in the heart of Doncaster and only 15 mins from the train station on foot. Very comfortable beds. Tea/coffee-making facility in the room. The full English breakfast was amazing and substantial.
Well situated. Rooms basic but clean. Only down fall is the parking as they don't have their own. You have to get up at 8am to put another ticket on the car or you will get a fine. Ok if a company trip and getting up early.
Decent room. Friendly staff. Good value for money . Defo Will be staying here next time I am down this way!
Shocking. Booked a Double Room only to end up with two single beds pushed together that were only about 18 inches off the floor. When asked to change rooms was told they couldn't because hotel was fully booked and that when I booked it 8 days ago, that's why we ended up with an Accessible Room because I booked it online........ How else was I supposed to book it???? Phone?? Really? I tried ringing this hotel 3 days before our arrival to find out if there was walking access directly from the Train Station to the Premier Inn, all I got was a recorded message to say all the receptionists were busy, please call back later and I got charged 30p for that, so how much would it cost me to have booked it by phone??Sorry but use Premier Inn where ever we go but will look for alternatives from now on, simply not good enough. If they'd been honest from the start, I could have booked another Premier Inn.
I always stay at this hotel when I go to Doncaster. It is clean, the rooms are lovely and the beds are incredible. Perfectly located in the middle of town. In spite of all that it is actually the staff that makes me want to go back. They make you feel very welcome and they are brilliant
