Lovely hotel, good sized rooms, friendly staff. Recommend dining in, sensible prices and good portion sizes.Enjoyed the stay, will book again next year.
Really nice hotel and amazing staff. The only thing I didn't like if that you could hear people running in the gym quite late. But they didn't offer to move me, but thankfully the running stopped and had a great night sleep. I didn't have time for breakfast but it smelt and looked really good. Thank you I will definitely be staying again with you
Myself and two friends went to the Hilton for lunch today. We asked in advance if we could just have sandwiches. The staff went out of their way to accomdate our requests despite them not being on the menu. They even reserved us a table in a lovely position overlooking the race course. The food was delicious and very nicely presented. Chris the chef had obviously gone to a lot of effort and obviously takes a lot of pride in the food he produces even if it is a humble sandwich. The environment was clean comfortable and relaxing. Rachel who was on the reception was very friendly and ensured our request was accommodated and we were served by Robbie who was very friendly and engaging sharing humour with us and making us feel welcome and well looked after. Myself and my friends were impressed with the surroundings, the food and most of all the staff and will be going back. All of us would recomend this as a place to go.
Not sure where to start. Overcrowded car park cos of an event meant I struggled to find a space. Not a problem said reception; security will (and did) find a spot . Then bathroom sprung a leak - actual source was from ceiling. Not a problem said reception: we'll move you to another room. . Booked breakfast and room service; both provided courtesy of management . Overnight parking fee waived . I have nothing but praise for this hotel's customer service . Well done guys!!
A spacious and comfortable stay with unmatched hospitality is being delivered by Hilton. I usually come to Doncaster for work and have stayed in many hotels including premier inn and holiday inn but Hilton Garden Inn's hospitality and service is unmatched. The vicinity is feels more safe and convinient compare to the Donny town centre hence it is the best option to stay if you are travelling to Doncaster and enjoy the beauty of South Yorkshire.
