The room was nice and comfortable but it was a pity the steam room and sauna were not fully working.
Excellent 5 star hotel at a price that doesn't break the bank. Great service, great food and the bar has a great choice of drinks. Highly recommend if your in the vicinity.
A regular stop over(1hr max) for me, when their Electric Vehicle Charge Point is working. I have never stayed at this particular Hotel but I am a member of the Intercontinental Hotel Group so have no doubt that this Holiday Inn isn't as great as all the others.I always grab a coffee in their bar(2.95), decent price as well. They usually have Sky Sports/football on too! The Hotel is set in large grounds with plenty of Car Parking space. Facilities include; meeting, conference rooms, swimming pool and health/leisure facilities.
We booked for boxing day lunch. A family of We were catered for very well. Table was decorated lovely and the waitresses were lovely too a big thank you to all the staff x
I attended my nieces wedding there a few weeks ago and loved every minute of it. Yes the room's could do with being updated but it was clean and comfortable. The staff were fantastic they were helpful and pleasant and nothing was too much trouble. The meals were also really nice I would definitely stay there again
