Had car serviced, this time they had all the parts, the parts issue they had early last year has gone. While I was waiting, a gentleman came in to buy a car, but the salesman didn't come over to him so the sweet gentleman went to get a car elsewhere

Picked up my new car today and couldnt be any happier with both the car and the service I received. I dealt with Stefan who was brilliant and instantly made me feel at ease. His knowledge about the cars I was interested in was great, he answered every question I had and was always more than happy to help. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new car and will likely return again myself in the future. Cant thank you enough :)

I booked in for service and as I can't walk very far without extreme pain in my legs, I asked for a courtesy car , the lady made a big point about me bringing my license in, which I did, when we arrived at 8 am after a 40 min drive to get there I was told by a very argumetive receptionist that I did not book for a courtesy car and there was not one available spoke to me with disrespect very poor customer service skills. Told me I will have to make another appointment ha ha I DO NOT THINK SO!
