I had to order two tyre sensors for my Grand Cherokee . I could have picked them up on the Internet cheaper but because they have to match through the car computer I decided to get them through a dealer . After a few days the parts were available so I travelled for the fitting. It was expensive but at least the sensors were working so we paid and drove home . On the way back the car was making noises and juddering . On our arrival home I checked the wheel and found that one of the nuts (lockable ) was missing and the other nuts were loose . I rang the garage and they claimed there was a missing nut missing before despite my arguments. If so why wasn't it mentioned while we were there.( I originally had a punctuture which I had fitted in the local garage and that was why I had the sensors problem. We had driven the car after for a week perfectly before this) .The car was not safe to drive back to the garage so they agreed to bring a missing nut to my house . When replaced with an ordinary nut all the attached nuts were then tightened . At last it was agreed that the wheel had not been fitted correctly. I was lucky that we didn't have an accident after leaving the garage in a dangerous condition which could have meant an accident and could have been life threatening.
