Bought a ford fiesta was a great car no a problem with it
Where do I start? Bought a lovely Audi A4 s line from Owen. Well it was lovely untill I got home and the engine management light came on. Rang up and told Owen, he was a bit arsey about it, but arranged for the car to go into there garage on the Monday. Monday came and took the car, took them 3 days to do a couple of hours work. Picked the car up Wednesday and whilst driving it back to Sheffield, found the car was not driving right, it had developed a judder, like it was loosing power. Rang up and AJ answeredHe wasn't very helpful but told me to bring the car back. So I did Thursday morning. Kevin worked on the car again and tbh I thought he had solved it. Drove back to Sheffield again and guess what??? Same thing.... Rang back and 2 weeks later was still waiting for them to call me back. So after waiting and calling for 2 weeks I decided enough was enough.... I got my cousin (a highly skilled mechanic who has world for a number of top garages) to look at the car... He found that the turbo was going, the fly wheel. And that the lovely Kevin had left tools in my car, under the bonnet. Also bey had used second hand parts. I completely lost it and rang AJ , he was so rude. Just talked over me and told me he wasn't doing any work as the warrenty had ran out. I explained that I was more than aware of that but the work he would be doing isn't under the warrenty it's under the guarantee of the work he had done. Well I ended up turning up at the garage on Tuesday this week and I got laughed at by Owen who also said he wouldn't touch my car again as it would be money out of his pocket. Owen is a proper cow boy and so are the garage they use. I have never met such a bunch of con men in my life. I am taking this to the ombudsman, I'm also reporting is to VOSA as I'm sure they are putting dodgy mot's on cars. I'm also going to do my best to make sure no1 buys any car from this company again, they are lying cheating con men....
Currently having a bad experience with this dealership and was wondering if anyone else could get in touch by also writing a review on here and let me know their experiences and how they resolved it.
