Worst dealership around. Ignorant. Bad tempered keep you waiting for ages and deal with others that arrived later than us. Hostile attitudes and thats before we took a car. Dread to think what aftercare is like. Do yourself a favour..... find another garage.
terrible service, was made to feel like an inconvenience rather than a potential customer. Tom was extremely rude when realising i wasnt buying a car direct from that dealership and actually argued with me. the "receptionist" was eating beans on toast at her desk and there wasnt any designated disabled parking spaces. In fact we didnt see any customer parking at all despite following signage. I booked a test drive appointment using the VW online form and supposedly was dealing with someone direct from Hayselden, but there was no record of my appointment and the car i wanted to test wasnt available. I've raised a complaint directly with VW customer service as the expectation of this dealership being a "family run business" are sadly lacking.
Failed to return any of my calls and have been trying to book a service for nearly 2 weeks now. The one lady who does answer the phone has no interest in helping and just puts you through to another number that rings out. COMPLETELY USELESS !!
Their service and repair prices are daylight robbery. They are very good at sucking you in with 79+vat quotes for initial work and then whacking the costs up massively with supposed 'further diagnosis'.Then leave the car not fully put back together when you refuse to pay for anymore 'work'. Also, they don't like honouring warranties on parts. Had a part go faulty after 6 months and even though the faulty part was identified by an independent auto electrician they still wanted the 79+vat (here we go again) just to examine it. Then apparently their warranties don't cover broken wires, even though the faulty part was a door wiring loom (that opens and closes all the time). So leaving me 95 out of pocket and still needing to buy a new wiring loom.
Only had a quick look around the showroom, which I was freely allowed to do without being hassled.
