Efficient but very expensive.
Andrew was really helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We used him through our compulsory purchase by HS2 and our first attempted purchase fell through due to a bad survey which Andrew was very practical about offering good advice and understanding how difficult this was for us and we continued to find him helpful until we found and completed our move to our new home

Awful company. over 800 to write one letter that gained nothing at all. these so called experts just give the wrong advice for a few pounds. stay well clear of this rip off merchants
I am so disappointed and disgusted in this company. Not the company itself but Paul Crawley who was dealing with my issues. I rang up and asked for advice and got put through to Paul as he had knowledge and expertise in the field of work I had an issue about. Paul gave me good advice on the phone and offered me a great solution in regards to my problem. After the phone call Paul said he would update me with what he offered me. I have sent Paul 4 emails in the past month and NO REPONSE, NO UPDATE & NO REASURANCE. This is so unacceptable and disappointing that he has not even bothered to contact me and let me know where I stand. I would have appreciated a reply saying that he cannot take forward my case rather than nothing at all. I have wasted valuable time trusting him to help me with what is a very serious matter. He gave me false hope massively & then ignored me after this. I cant speak on behalf the rest of the team and company but I am very upset in the way my case has been handled. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. AVOID. I now have to start from scratch trying to find a new solicitor which is valuable time wasted.
