Do not normally have an issue with this company as I have used several times before. However on this occasion I was totally misled by information on their own website which clearly states 'no win no fee' and offers cost mitigation insurance for clients. I entered into a case which we could not win ultimately but was then presented with a large bill for costs. The answer from Dawson Burgess? - 'we dont do those services anymore'. Tell me at the beginning not when we have lost. I will not be using this company again and I suggest that if anyone else does get the costs straight at the beginning. Not as good a company since Wendy Hezseltine retired.
