Can't see this place lasting. I walked in to view the stocks and was pestered by floorwalkers constantly. Won't be coming back.

Nothing to do with the products, but the disgusting behaviour of the manager in the store. Yesterday there was a group of young girl dancers from a dance school which must have been aged between 5 - 9 which were putting on a pre organised show for shoppers for Christmas, and the manager at the store asked the Frenchgate staff to move them on. The Frenchgate staff were obviously embarrassed by this rude manager and had to reluctantly move them on. The reason given was because it was effecting custom in that shop.In all my time I've never seen that shop busy, and in fact the only effect it had was a positive one drawing more people to that area, who then went to browse in that shop (but then quickly left when they saw the products, over-inflated prices and witnessed their customer service!).And who says there is no Christmas spirit!
Rude. Disrespectful. The manager of the store shouting across frenchgate at a group of young girls putting on a christmas performance. Never known anything like it. Eventually forcing them to move on to the disappointment of public watchers, the frenchgate manager and of course those poor girls. Disgusting, avoid them like the plague.
The manager is so rude. There was a show of young dancers in the frenchgate today. The manager kept moaning to the management at the frenchgate. Eventually the frenchgate reluctantly moved the young dancers on. As they did the manager was shouting and swearing at the young dancers, their parents and the management of the frenchgate.
