Ali was very helpful, reliable and courteous. I phoned on Monday, took my faulty TV to him that evening, he had diagnosed the problem by Tuesday and rang as promised to update me. By Wednesday he had fixed it, having talked me through what was a very tricky repair. Excellent service at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.
