I do not recommend anyone to this place. I'll tell you why. I have a spot on my phone because of coffee spilling on it. When I brought the phone to the store, they said we will fixing it, do not worry. They promise to call me in a week. I waited for a week to go to the store because I can not wait any longer, and the guy who was there knew nothing about such a phone. was before (young boy) after 10 minutes talking finally found my phone.He told me that the phone can't be fixed because some other part is with damage but the phone is still working and i set "fine I will get my phone" (thinking to try another place) When the guy gave me the phone there was no slot tray and the screws under the phone are missing. I said "please i wanna get my phone how i gave you" (with all screws and slot tray) because the phone has worked can to use it and I want to be with all the parts. The man is said, OK phone after 3 days I will fix it and I'll get you back with all the parts of it.After a monts waiting I can get my phone with thousands of times asking "what's going on with my phone' and reply' "still waiting for the slot tray" (i chacked for one day is comming from ebay". "Finally, when I get my phone with a slot tray and screws when I get home i notice the front camera does not work and also wifi. When I went to another store I found in the phone are missing several parts like the front camera and a few more. These guys from ismart have rubbed me. That's why i advice no one - don't go there! They waste your time and staling your parts if you have a nice phone. Later i heard few more People also complain of these store "i smart" with missing parts on their phones.
Brilliant service My iPad is as new . (I drove over it -dont ask ) Owner texted when ready and he was very helpful . In the shop Jordan was extremely knowledgeable and showed me how I could use my iPad more effectively. Thank you

Dishonest staff.Came into the shop for a quote for a cracked iPhone screen, the quote was more expensive than another quote Id had so as I was about to leave the member of staff offered me a warranty, I clarified 3x if this covered a cracked screen and he said yes. I returned 6 months later with a cracked screen and my warranty. A different member of staff informed me I wasnt covered. I told him what the previous man had said and he refused. I asked to speak with the man who had given me the warranty to be told he was out of the country.
Had a J5 Samsung with a shatterd screen took it to I Smart who replaced it for me .Services was first class would recommend them every time.
