Hpa 100 headphone amp upgraded to hpa200 se. Incredible upgrade!! Absolutely beyond belief. Brent advised me through the whole process, and upon delivery was simply speechless at the difference!! I cant say any more than that, speecless!!! It is superb. Makes a mokery of Sennheisers own 2000 grand amp and also the Questyle cma800 which are both on the bright side. For my personal liking. This is customer service at its very best!!!! Will be diing a full review as soon as time permits!!!

Amazing set up of equipment in the show room. Brent certainly knows his stuff and his passion for getting the best sound in your ears is unquestionable. His explanation of the technical attributes of everything from CD players and amps, to speakers and the latest audio gadgetry helped me to understand where my money was being spent. I'll be back for sure!

Brent tried his best, but in the end it wasn't good enough. Ultimately let me down with a hopeless Musical Fidelity Encore as it cost me more money to have it replaced. Musical Fidelity must be the worst hi-fi company in the world for customer care, they don't care at all.
