One good doctor but the service as a whole is awful. Almost impossible to get appointments. Online thing virtually abandoned...always says "no appointments available". If they let you book in advance over the phone it's a 4 week wait. It makes it almost impossible to get well. Very very depressing. Only option is to take the gamble and see if you can get one on the day which means calling at 8am and taking your chance. Difficult if you're working for a living. Really really poor service. Ought to be ashamed of themselves really.
Absolute joke how long you have to wait to get seen. Especially when there is noone else waiting!!!!

They told me to call the next day at 8 o'clock in the morning for an appointment and nobody answered. What I have to do to get better services?It's not the first time it happened and in order to get an appointment you have to wait 3 weeks...
The worst surgery Ive ever seen. Have to wait for a private letter 50 days!! Suffered from a condition for two years and the GP refused to refer me to the consultant changed the GP and after referral was with two specialists to control the pain!
