The reception staff here are poor. Never answer the phone and always then put the phone down when you get through if it's between 1 and 2 because they go on there dinner break. The doctors and nurses are fine just needs vast improvement on admin.
Had problems with my stomach since I was 12 not being able to eat or go toilet properly and still they just tell me its nothing. What a joke of a medical centre. Last few time Ive tried to make an appointment they arent bothered and just tell you a nurse will ring you back. Been on anti depressants for years and now there saying nothing on record about it. Also the receptionist a bit rude and wasnt very helpful an just told me I would have to call back another day.
Very poor service since Dr Braidwood as sadly passed away never get appointment for weeks on end they even refused to see a poorly one year cause they never have appointments it's a joke
I had leave this gp because of horrible admin manager. After Dr Braidwood passed away the doctors and overall service went down very rude staff and very down service.
I've been using this practice for 30 years and had no complaints. The doctors very good. Nurses excellent. Now you get a horrible woman at reception eating quavers and very abrupt .and doctors that are all strangers . Chasing there tails . Appalling.
