Rude and disrespectful staff members. Doctors giving out incorrect information which led me to getting a dressing down from a member of staff. Will be moving doctors after being spoken to like a child and staff assuming I don't work. Which I do may I add. Overall very unprofessional.
Over the last 4 weeks this doctors have messed my medication up which i need i have been left without painkillers and can not get in to see a gp ive been with them for 7 years and is getting silly now turned to rubbish
No one every answer after 2 hours of calling I have give up no answer or busy most ignorant practice I have dealt with....
Can't get appointments probably because I work for a living. Arrogant reception staff
Sometimes getting an appointment when you need one can be troublesome. Hence only 4 starts given. Otherwise it would of been 5. On the whole i only have good things to say about the practice. Everybody including the receptionists are kind and show compassion and concern while dealing with your issues. I was really impressed with the range of treatments available, from minor surgical procedures to stop smoking clinic's and everything in between. A good service all round.
