No baby changing facilities. Nightmare.
Can't believe how many problems I've had with this surgery. It's so inefficiently run. No wonder the NHS is in such a mess. It's all the surgeries causing the issues therefore sending patients to the hospitals. The receptionist looks like he's not even old enough to shave, can't think on his feet and then when you question something he just says "That's just how it is here" so when I complain to the manager, She comes out dressed like she'd just got in from a long run, trainers, leggings and a t shirt. The inside of the building is grotty and dated. I didn't want to sit on the seats with my work trousers on. It desperately needs refurbishing but I have a feeling they prefer to spend their money on the Tesla Type S and Tesla Type X in the doctors parking spots. Thick end of 200,000 plus there. Guess their just in it for the money and life style.
Excellent practice
This GP practice is always there to help you. I grew up using this practice when it was Dr Huckett,'s. I remember Dr Coleman, Dr Forbes and Dr Doran starting here. Now Dr Coleman runs the practice and it's the best GP's surgery ever xx
