Our beautiful old lady pointer has been suffering with arthritis and leg muscle issues. All the vets at the practice have been wonderful: professional and reassuring, informative and knowledgable, empathic and understanding. First rate people and vets.
Really happy with this vet practice, all the staff are friendly and welcoming. There are 2 separate waiting rooms one side for cats and one side for dogs. Lovely and clean and would highly recommend.
This is an amazing vets. All the staff here are excellent very cheerful and polite and they absolutely love all animals. You feel relaxed and happy to bring your pets here knowing they will get the very best treatment and be well looked after.. I can trust these vets with my animals, they do a wonderful job every time.Excellent !!!
Really cant fault any of the team members at this vets. Welcoming, friendly and importantly very good at their jobs. From reception to surgery all make you feel your pet is the most important. What ever happens in the lifetime of my precious cat Cleo, I know that I bought her to the best place I could. There all very helpful, give good advice, and I feel go that extra mile just to make you feel rest assured.
AVOID AT ALL COST We brought our dog here to have it's second lots of injections as we were recommended buy the kennels to do soWe were 2 days overdue due to the practice not being able to fit us in which is fine vets are a busy place The vet who was a foreign chap told my partner is wasent proper practice to give second injections late and we WOULD have to have a new course my partner explained the above situation and he called her a lair he then called the very polite young man on reception into the room and he confirmed the above he made my partner pick a 22kg dog up on the table dispute her being disabled and having to use crutches as she has no knee We also asked about a mark on his neck and he looked but did not examine and said it's a bite and that was that not you need to do this or that this chap was very unprofessional We Rang this morning and spoke with the practice manager Jonathon who really didn't want to know So for there arrogance the have lost perhaps 13 years of there services to our familyTo say this is a family business they need to wise up and start to put customers first We will be telling everyone we can to avoid this place as they are rude
