I used to work at this vets and unfortunately, when they put a hamster down, I witnessed them playing with the deceased body afterwards, like it was a puppet. What happens behind closed doors...
Great staff and were very helpful and only charged what was needed to be done.
Amazing out of hour vet we had to take our puppy and he did everything she needed but advised for rest to be done in morning at own vet so did cost us more than needed. Could of easily got lots more our of us

I have used this vet's for many years now and I must say I have never ever had a bad experience staff are lovely vet's are caring. Until last Friday I had to lose my little princess of 16yrs and my god it hurt, we where booked in at 11 but not seen until 11.25 so waiting was not good, I had to ask three times what was happening which I feel when you going through something like that maybe shouldn't have wait. I do understand that's it's a busy place but maybe you could work something out when it comes to losing a love one. I feel I had to write this.
