We have been with beechwood for 15 yrs with Radley. They have looked after him every step if the way. Till we had to to make the decision to put him to sleep on the 25th of January 19 it absolutely brock our hearts. Lauren was very excellent in every way possible. We had him cremated and they took care of everything, we Evan had him back with us within the week. Our cat was dealt with very quickly when we needed treatment. They accommodated us the same day and were very reasonably priced.
I took my dog Saffie to Beechwood on Monday 7th Jan. Although by the time I had got there from Barmby she had died in my arms, having been hit by a van going too fast in my very quite little village. Sarah one of the veterinary nurses on shift went above and beyond the call of duty for me and my Saffie. I could not have been looked after any better. I shed many tears there I was so pleased with how my baby girl was still being treated even though she was gone. I would recommend Beechwood to anyone. You can tell the staff are all true animal lovers and knew exactly what I was going through. A very big big thank you for everything. I know i left my little girl in very good hands. Very helpful and caring staff. Mark is an amazing Vet and we have recently have seen John too who is also excellent!!!
Weve been with Beechwood since day one and wouldnt go anywhere else! We do always try to see Mark because of the trust thats built up over years. Theyve always dealt with our dogs (and us!) professionally and compassionately especially at the end of their lives - that goes for the whole team. Theyve also sorted preauthorisation for claims twice, taking the hassle away at what can be an emotional time.
