I moved out of a private rented property. To be told I hadn't paid my full deposit that I had. Was told that they would send me a link to claim it back. Been messaging them with no response.How hard is it to answer texts Paris is fine its Kelly who moved from Belgray to Whitegates.Just been reading other reviews, why does the manager/owner mainly responds to positive feedbacks and not poor ones

From the initial house viewing right through to moving in, they have been extremely helpful and everything ran smoothly with no hiccups. Paris is particularly helpful and will go out of her way to do anything for you, she is a credit to the branch.
