Not all are bad that work there, but someone people spoil the experience with how they speak to customers.It's been over a one year Iv not used Northwood.And yes I can remember the lady's name that gave me a bad experience, meliane from the Doncaster branch.No people skill and rude manner. I maybe use Northwood again, but only if I didnt have to see her again.
The process from start to finish was so easy and hassle free. Lindsey Bennett really went out of her way to find me a property. She was very professional and helpful. Excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend Northwood to anyone!
