not clear on what conditions are lead us on to believe we have a house coming up i work and earn a living and still get discriminated due to what job I have and how many kids I have sure housing benefit for help I could still afford rent but still not allowed very disappointed!
I would like to thank Highfield Property Management for making my 8 year 5 month tenancy a very happy one. The staff at Highfield are all very respectful and understanding their clients needs, very helpful when dealing with any enquiry you may have. Quick to respond if you have a problem or repair, great level of communication. The landlord was a great chap and always accomadated me with my requests for improvements. Myself and my Grandchildren felt very happy to call it our home and we were all sad to leave but we needed a larger property. Bond was returned within 3 days without any hassle and Highfield I may drop by for a coffee.
Very Helpful agency
The house was damp and nothing was done in 3 years. Landlord hounded us and came round every week. Was told i could pay the rent every 4 weeks but when i rang up to pay was told i needed to pay more. Also when i gave a months notice i had to show people around the house while i was trying to pack up.Absolutely disgusting company, keep well clear!
Can't do enough for you moving in , try every angle not to give back bond and nit pick at general wear and tear !!!!! STEER WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY !!!!!!
