Visited the pet centre on Sunday 9th December as really impressed with the whole site however, we bought a chinese water dragon from them, brought him home who we named "Henry".. all is set up was ready with uvb light, heat lamp, substrate, etc as we have many a bearded dragons some that we rescued and thought the chinese water dragon would be beautiful however got up this morning to find that he had died i rang the shop yo be yold to bring him back to the shop, along with all paperwork andas much information as I could along with a picture of his set up which I found appalling as if we didnt know what we were doing. With due respect information we could be given how would we know they are telling us the truth and think we would be blamed for his very short life as in hours .i feel insulted by this. We were served by an elderly gentleman who did not give us any advice on how to care for him altho with having other reptiles we know how to look after them. Very disapointed to say the least and will not be buying anything from their again.. rip Henry you were beautiful and sadly your life was cut short although we did what was right for you in the care that you needed.
Went in today to look at royal pythons there was a starter snake kit that said you get discount off price of snake when bought when i asked how much discount you get was told no discount as you won't find a cheaper starter kit as this??? Well talk about false advertising!!! Then while looking there was a bearded dragon that looked like it had metabolic bone disease front foot Bent over and swollen...Plus the attendant older feller was so rude and miserable when asked questions will defo not get a sale off me joke of a place...Plus way over priced over 50 for standard royal!!! They go for 30 ish from breeders and 35 -40 from more local stores and better condition....
