Recently bought a new rat cage from here really impressed with the service. I needed the cage asap I was able to order it online at 5pm for store pick up 10am next day. Staff were very helpful in store and even helped me carry the goods to the car. Once I got home and built the cage I realised some parts were missing (hammocks) which was a manufactures fault but Jollyes replaced them from their own stock.First time customer but will definitely be coming back here for future purchases.
Bit abrupt when asking for help but seemed knowledgeable about questions. Wanted some flea spray for our new puppy choose one but was told to buy the most expensive brand which I declined. Would return to see if service was different and do have a good range of products.
Highly aromatic - and not in a particularly good way. A huge array of stock for every animal. Also, on the back wall they have a number of tanks with fish for sale. Visually, they were clean and looked after. Some of the prices are questionable but the location and parking is very convenient.
Jollyes is the original pet store with a variety of food and treats for lots of kinds of pets. I have found that Jollyes now stock more for my Chinchilla than their competitor. Jollyes also stock a range of toys as well as much needed health items at good reasonable prices. I recently got a XL cooling mat for my large dog with 10% off because I was a VIP member (no extra charge). The staff are well trained and always willing to help with a smile. Love this branch of Jollyes.
