I had very bad experience in this store! I have gone inside the store and the staff was not helpful or offering help, I have approached the staff and asked about custom design gold necklace the staff has not given me much information amd just waited for me to leave the store even though I was wanting some more information. I was ready to make plan and pay! But since the customer service was bad I have changed my mind and also felt unwanted in the store ! Please give your staff more of customer service training and how to start and finish sale since she closed my sale straight away!
