Very kind and knowledgeable staff. Nothing was too much trouble. We we're left alone to make a decision whether we bought or not. It took us 2 months to decide so it's a good job they left us alone (or no wonder!!).

Always enjoy walking past this shop, great displays in the windows. I hate going into furniture shops as the staff normally leap out and cling onto you which is annoying when browsing, was pleasantly surprised when I found out that it doesnt happen here. Very relaxed environment, help there if needed. Salesmen knew his stuff, and was willing to advise me even after I told him I wasn't ready to buy. When I was ready to buy, I bought a new suite. Again, the salesman took his time, helped me through it, even ran around the shop for me finding the relevant fabrics. Delivery staff were great, straight in and out, no hassle, no mess. There was a slight mark on one of the chair legs, but when I rang up to explain this, their service manager got me a new leg.Cant recommend this place enough. Always thought it was just a posh and expensive shop, but was happy that there was something to fit by budget. Worth going in just to have a look. Lived in Doncaster for 27 years and had never gone in. My mrs forced me, and im glad she did. Great shop. 5 stars!
We have shopped at places like John Lewis, Next, etc (all of which we like) for furniture but we were so impressed with the service received when buying furniture from Ward Brothers. The furniture is good quality and reasonably priced but what sets Ward Brothers apart is the excellent service. Gareth was professional, friendly and very informative in sales, the delivery team were brilliant and Steve was excellent with after sales. Thank you all .... we will definitely be returning.
