Had our sofas delivered today. Excellent service. we'd been to Dfs and SCS and Next then we came to KC and the quality of the sofas was alot better and they had a better choice. Dan at the factory was very helpful and he knew what he was talking about. We got our sofas quicker than expected and the delivery team was very friendly and put our sofas where we wanted them to go, and they stripped all the packaging off in no time. Definitely would recommend them to anybody.
I called in to the Doncaster office to enquire about a range that was no longer showing on the website, as it happens, the range had been relaunched that same day. 15 minutes later my order was complete. 6 weeks later I received a text from Scott telling me it was in stock and offering a delivery date and time that was acceptable. The sofas turned up on time and the delivery team were very friendly and knowledgeable. My 3 +2 Gloucester range recliners are so comfortable we fell asleep on them early evening.Thanks KC Sofas Doncaster. 5 service.
Such a nice sofa and really fast delivery. Great prices and would highly recommend to anyone. Delivery men were very friendly and thorough in setting the sofa up and didnt mark any of my walls considering it had to go up a flight of stairs. Words can not describe how amazing this company is... had our new sofa delivered today. Upon order nothing too much trouble we liked a mixture of 3 of the sofas in the showroom and he put it all together for us it looks better than we could imagine. And just 3 week later it was ready for delivery. The drivers kept me informed all of the time to times etc. They fetched the sofa in and put the cushions on nothing too much trouble. I can honestly say the service from start to finish was top quality thank you so much!!!
