Excellent service spot on with everything we needed
I went to hays travel to book my first all inclusive holiday. We was told we was going to Palma nova which was a 5 min walk to magaluf. Not thinking anything to it as we thought we was in safe hands we looked at our travel documents when we received them a week before we went to find out we was in mallorca which was somewhere we never asked to go. We rung hays up to explain our grievances and was rudely told that there was nothing we could do about it. We was also asked to sit together on the plane and was sat apart for the flight which is again something that was not discussed when we booked it. We got sent to a hotel which the food was terrible, the hotel staff was rude and just dismissed everything you asked, the Thomas cook rep was also very rude. So all in all it has been a crap holiday due to HAYS travel not doing there job. Thanks for that 1000 being wasted. I would NOT recommend hays to anyone as they clearly have inexperienced and rude staff!!!!!!!!!
