Just had a painful experience with Wrights storage. Got told there was availability for caravan storage so tried on several occasions to speak to the person in charge of storage only to be told shes on site and will ring you back asap. This happened four times over nearly a 2 week period. Finally thought I was getting somewhere when an embarrassed colleague said I will ring her on her private phone. She said she will ring you as soon as she is in the office next day. Still no call next day so I rang. I then got told a 17ft caravan is in the space and I didnt need a space anymore. Well after 2 weeks of trying to sort out a space numerous phone calls later to be told I dont need a space (news to me) I was really upset and asked to speak to person in charge. What a cowboy outfit. I asked where I could write a letter of complaint too and I got the phone slammed down on me. How rude. By the way the best bit is I got told I might not like where the caravan storage is Carr Hill what was there point. Please be aware.
