Mr Rowley is absolutely brilliant, gets the work done, never gone back to any of the jobs he has done for me in the last 15 years, is he cheap? Nope.... Do you want a Bentley or a Fiesta? Choice is yours. Well done Mr Rowley.

Asked him to come and give us a qoate a week later he rang . When I explained that I had a couple of qoate he was red to know what others had qoates without even seeing the work that needed doing.Then said I haunt got time to be messed about, so rude!
David Rowley is a Tradesman you would be advised to avoid. He did some work on our roof and caused a leek. We phoned him and he refused to come out and fix the fault. He then stopped answering our phone calls, text messages and emails. He is a despicable ma who took advantage of a disabled veteran knowing that I would not be able to climb on the roof and sort out the problem myself. AVOID THIS MAN AT ALL COSTS
have used this builder twice this year and even though the first job was top class the second job was brilliant so that's 10 out of 10 for both jobsthey turned up as stated and when they finished the area was cleaned -the lawn protected.good old school builder--he does what he says and turns up.many thanks
