No one on the phone. On hold 90 mins with no answer
Call centre staff are rude and hang up after being on hold for hours. Post man useless doesn't deliver to neighbour who are home but instead takes it back to Doncaster instead of local post office. Ball ache
Couldn't deliver my parcel because it wasn't clear where to deliver it?! It's got my address on it! Also there is nobody to speak to over the phone to resolve an issue. Looks like I will have to wait almost 3 weeks to receive it and pay another 12!! Not happy! I needed my parcel yesterday!
Don't even post abroad despite being the centre of operations. All show no go
