Good place to relax and walk. For families good with the parks for the children

Makes for a nice walk and has a lovely cafe that serves great quality food other than that not much else to do apart from when festivals and fairs come along. It used to be such a lovely boating lake but now it's nothing more than just quite literally a walk round a dead lake. Bring back the row boats and add some decorations and this park could easily attract more crowds but since the boats were gone it's nothing anymore. Sad really considering it was fantastic in its prime.
Great little park in the middle of town. Decent for dog walking. Small play area for children. A lake with a variety of birds. Events held from time to time. For what it is, a TOWN park, it is great and clean.
Lovely Park with some really nice play areas. Lots of geese to feed there today and a fun fair that we totally loved despite the on/off rain. A really nice Park to visit with bus stops located in easy walking distance. They also host Circus Starr on a regular bases which we have been to twice. On all occasions we have visited the park for functions they have been very good at sign posting everything so you know where your going. Recommend.
