Its horrible when you phone them up.... if you phone them up that means you are in a deperate possition when you need help and what they put you through on the phone all them stupid questions is just having a joke at you pain. Is misirable how these people speak witu you one the phone . Protocol or not they need bettter service

What an absolute joke and waste of time my appointment was. I was seen by a nurse today (1.01.19) and from the moment I stepped foot into the room she was rude and stubborn. She was no help at all and couldnt perform the procedures that needed doing due to her not being able to find the equipment needed. What kind of doctors doesnt have swabs? She didnt say anything about my problems. Baring in mind Im in agony from lower abdominal pain. Instead she says I dont know go to a&e. Im sorry but arent the nurses there for a reason? To help out the patient. If youre going to be a nurse make sure you actually know what youre doing and be able to speak to patients with respect and kindness not laughing at me because I wont take pain killers due to it making the pain worse! Im not faulting the doctors on a whole but my first experience there was horrendous and I felt like I wasnt being taken seriously. No help at all.
As a member of the RAF, I can't be treated by our GP. Had to use this place as I couldn't get back to my home unit and be treated. Absolutely chuffed that I did! Fantastic place and as long as it isn't abused it'll continue being valuable. Hopefully I won't have to use it again but its brilliant knowing its there.
November 16 2017. First time user. Phoned the Centre. for information at 1.20 and was given an appointment for 3.15. Went in at 3.05 to empty waiting room and checked in. Very nice male doctor saw me at 3.08 and I left examined, diagnosed and prescribed at 3.12. Prescription filled at Tesco 3.36 and I'm home and treated by 3 47.The NHS certainly has its problems but this walk in service for Doncaster really ROCKS! Thanks to all.
