If I could give no stars I would overly priced service wash double duvet cover polyester wash n dry was charged thirteen pound god knows what I'd have been charged for a full weeks laundry had to pay before they washed it also never heard of that usually pay on collection otherwise how do they know cost of drying washer set price and detergent etc but can't charge upfront cost for drying

Absolutely terrible rude attitude from the staff! i arrive just after 4 wanting to do 2 loads of (normal clothes, day to day) washing (I didn't even mind if it was a quick wash) i was told they were closed so I questioned the time on the door and on the internet that says 5pm but Apparently I wouldn't have time to do any washing, she moaned that I hadn't come earlier so I explained id been at work, i got told to "Be quick" i just left, never have I ever been spoken to like that, I am a retail manager myself and she definitely had no customer service skills what so ever!
Service is great, always willing to help with any problems you may have.
Great, very clean place, machines in perfect order, very helpful and attentive 5 stars is not enough
