Good gym with good equipment and friendly staff. The sauna and steam room is a bonus.

Very good equipment, experienced and helpful training staff, the gym is kept clean. Good sauna, shower area and changing rooms.
Decent equipment, some could do with repair and struggle to use machines when its really busy. Good location. Plenty of parking. Stand up sunbed not brilliant, always has bulbs not working. 30 per month membership. Friendly staff.
