This is my experience as someone who uses trades regularly in both property investment and kitchen and bathroom work.**Warning the latest review was left by the owner of the business**Stuart Sparkes is the person that owns the company. I went with Stuart as he was highly liked on Google (This makes me question the rest of the ratings). I wanted to relay my experience. He was very accommodating, pleasant and came out when needed, completed the first fix quickly. No complaints at that point.However since the 22nd April I have tried four times to reach him, (Two voice messages and two texts) to get the work completed as I was left in the lurch. I had explained in the first text and voice message that there had been a delay because the client had added work which caused a weeks delay. After no response in 10 days and no attempt to return the calls I called on my wife's phone and got an answer immediately.Suffice to say I will be finding another electrician.I would not normally leave this kind of feedback, but felt the five star rating is not justified, clearly someone can leave themselves great feedback as he has done. My experience does not reflect the feedback seen on his profile.From his point of view he tells me he was away over Easter in this instance all I would have expected was a text saying I am away and an idea when he would back. I heard nothing.I am now in a difficult situation after much time and effort had gone in to creating a stunning bathroom that the client loved. Got another electrician to resolve the problem.
