Spoiled it making it a discount store..House of frazer reputation for high quality high end merchandise not here..Last years models.other stores non salables dumped here...nah not the store it was.

A complete disgrace. No wonder they're closing. I found a Hungarian goose down pillow, but it had no price on. Steve, the floorwalker, said it was about 60. He asked one of the pensioners on the counter to phone another branch. The biddy rang Oxford Street, London. 94 she said. Same price at this derelict old outlet as London. No reduction, no offers. Keep it!
