Ive been for a examination at my teeth and for a visit,one x ray and 2 boxes off antibiotics Ive payed 115.The lady from reception doesnt explain the cost off my visit and at the end the doctor said 59 and at the reception charged 115 the lady saying was a emergency appointment (with one day before Ive called and she gives for next day appointment),then she said Ive opted to be a private customer but,from the beginning been new in uk and never hade visited any dentist in here,she didnt explain the costs with nhs or private.Just charged at the end without any explication.She will hade to explain from the beginning step by step and the differences about prices.Thank you lady
This has to be one of the best dentist surgerys Ive ever been too. Every time Ive needed an emergency appointment they have got me in the same day. My dental surgeon Is ever so understanding and always knows whats best for me. I think his name is Paul. I will continue coming here and trusting Paul as other dentists in the past have messed up big time
very misunderstanding, not pleasant people to work with aren't adaptable with different situations.
I have been a registered NHS dentist here for quite some years and it has had a few names in that time my dentist Nicola is absolutely fantastic. I am a little scared of the dentist and have been since i had a bad experience as a child with a filling she is very kind gentle and understanding. I have moved to dentists closer to home and have always gone back to this practice for the service. I am shocked to see such bad reviews on this practice as i genuinely havent had any bad experiences. I have seena couple of other dentists there not as nice as Nicola but still nothing to complain about
Dr. Codruta Nicola has been very professional as always....I have been seeing this Dentist the last few years and I have been very happy with the results.... Healthy white teeth and a Happy Customer :-)I would highly recommend this Practice.I m travelling all the way from Sheffield to Doncaster for my treatments.
