Appalling customer service.I had my car scheduled for a new bumper on the Tuesday to turn up and they hadn't even ordered the part.Then rescheduled for Friday, they offered to pick the car up between the times of 9-12 and still had not turned up A lot of wasted time
DO NOT use this company. They are awful. I would have written a review with 0 stars if this was an option. My jeep went in two week ago after someone hit the rear bumper. It was a small repair that needed doing. I had a phone call to say two grills had been ordered for the bumper and I could pick it up last Saturday so was happy. However when myself and my partner turned up the work on the car was appalling. They had sprayed the black plastic of the bumper in some places but not others, the grills hadnt been replaced, the bumper was scuffed on the edges and was a different colour to the rest of the plastic. Aswell as this they had also somehow managed to damage the wheel arches that werent even damaged in the original accident - nationwide had managed to make the car look worse than it did before they touched it! My partner dealt with the manager and I was reassured that a new bumper would be ordered. I was provided a courtesy car that they wanted me to sign for without terms and conditions because the receptionist couldnt find them! After another hour wasted on a Saturday morning they found the documents by ringing the Sheffield branch and I was able to sign for the loan car. I was promised a phone call on Monday / Tuesday at the latest and was told that the part had been ordered there and then on Saturday morning. The following Wednesday I hadnt heard anything so left a voicemail explaining my frustration. I received an exceptionally curt voicemail from a receptionist saying Id got it wrong and parts hadnt been ordered and no one had promised me a phone call back. My partner and Dad dealt with them from this point and the car was picked up having been repaired yesterday. The Doncaster branch is an absolute shambles, their customer service towards women in particular is disgusting - if youre male and you complain you get somewhere much faster and dont get fobbed off. Their workmanship is all awful and I will never be using their service again. The whole experience has been frustrating. Take your car anywhere else to be repaired but I wouldnt recommend you take it to this branch - awful.
Appalling customer service, I'm surprised about the good reviews. Expect at least 2 weeks minimum before you get your car returned even when car parts are on site and you are told otherwise ! If you have been referred from your insurance company, seriously just go it local will be less hassle and much quicker.
Amazing service when my car went here for repairs, communicated everything from start to finish and couldn't have asked for better service from them. Would definitely recommend.
Picked my car up from doncaster branch ( just car clinic ) on Thursday, I have an Audi Quattro s4 2013 , I must say I'm really impressed with the quality of work done by these guys, I'm a car enthusiast and I pay attention to detail on my car , the quality of work done is amazing and I'm a happy chappy , they even cleaned my car afterwards to a very high spec , just want to say thank you and keep up the good work .
