Nice friendly staff very helpful
0 stars they are rascist and will refuse you a rental based on your accent and will make up a bogus excuse for not renting. They have two cheeky receptionists whose customer service leaves a lot to be desired and they tell lies to cover up the fact they won't rent a car if you aren't English I have two polish friends who had similar issues here with same staff all be warned don't hire from here.
Absolute joke of a company, this is the second time i have booked with them and also the second time they let me down, needed car to take children hospital appointment so booked days in advance and yet again i find myself WALKING out of here. I strongly advise not to use as you may find yourself stuck and it be too late to use a real hire company! Also the 2 little fat receptionists need to get a new job preferably out of sight of the public
It was very bad experience. I am your regular customer. I always was paying with my saving card and deposit with credit card at Europcar. This time had to cancel because I was needed to pay for deposit with the card I have prepaid. Unfortunately I use this card only for online purchases and didn't know pin number. I haven't been informed about that before renting so I was charged 45 for cancelling. Some how rules has been changed without any info from your site. I would like to put official complaint about it.
The staff is not adequately trained to understand the international driving license. They don't even have common sense to check on google and understand when the license is written in English. Will never book again from europcar.
