Great shop and Great staff. I could spend hours looking around the place. Its proper cycle shop for all ages and levels. Its a store thats definitely worth using instead of an online purchase. The staff are willing to make deal and always give there personal as well as a professional opinion. As a cyclist, I highly recommend you take your business here instead of online. As for repairs the staff are brilliant. They do a proper job with a fantastic turn around time.
Superb. Bought my new bike which needed modification. This was done in store with no fuss, short wait and ready to ride out of store. Pleasant and knowledgeable staff. Nice and relaxed atmosphere. No pressure sales. Would definitely recommend. :-) :-)
I have purchased two Excellent bikes from them over the last two years for my sons they have well stocked premises with stock to suit all ages and competitive pricing , they have friendly knowledgeable staff to help you make the right choice , I now need one for myself so I will be going to see them again . Having read a couple of the earlier comments I actually can't believe anyone has anything negative to say about Cycle Supreme. I only have great things to say about this store and their staff.Here was my experience:I am a (very) novice cyclist and just starting out in my journey as a beginner triathlete. It was recomened that I visit cycle supreme by a member of Doncaster Triathlon Club and they did not disappoint. Initially, I just went in on the off chance whilst picking my son up from school, for some basic advice on where to start. Tristan really helped me understand what I needed and made me feel like no question was a stupid question and that he genuinely wanted to help me to understand the more technical aspects of cycling equipment. I came back in a few days later for a 'bike fit' with Lee. One of the things that I really like was the honesty of all the staff. It became very obvious to me that they were not there to sell me the most expensive bike but to do what was right for me and my journey as a cyclist. Been in a few times since and Fin has really helped me too with advice and also gave me a nut for my mountain bike and wouldn't take any cash for it. Class!Needless to say I have bought a new bike, some equipment and am looking forward to my journey as a cyclist thanks to these guys. In my experience they are not called Cycle Supreme for no reason. Well done guys!
