A fantastic pub on the station. Always a warm welcome and great choice of ales each time
Love this little bar on the platform. Always try to visit before my train (wish they were open earlier on Sundays :-)). Great range of beers, and also other options too (like gins, wines etc). Knowledgeable friendly staff, charging points for devices, definitely recommend.
Fabulous bar with great beer. Best part is the decor which takes us back to when the station was first built. Plaster board etc removed to reveal stunning original tiles.
Allegedly a dog friendly pub. It isn't. On my first visit on a cold December day I was told I could only sit outside on the platform. You are better off at the Corner Pin and The Plough both close to the station.
It's been a while since I've changed trains at Doncaster. I had half an hour spare, and this was a fabulous experience. A superb venue, with immaculate tiling, there is also a fine range of craft beers. On this visit I had a Northern Monk Faith on cask, a rarity and most enjoyable. All in all, a superb addition.
