Easy access, lots of and quite cheap parking. The most easy and stress free airport ever. My favourite airport and I fly a lot from different airports.
Quite convenient and well located small airport, 5 gates only I think. Quick to go through, large waiting areas. Staff usually smiling and helpful! I left a tablet on a plane once, and got it back!! The only down side (minus two stars) of that airport are parking prices! I used to pay 22.99 for my usual weekend trip, some time ago, and it have risen to more then 40. I do understand that every business needs to make money, but that seems to be way too much!
Flown from this airport many times, every time is a stress free process. Security is usually fast. The staff are very friendly throughout the airport. There's a Wetherspoons pub/bar that serves food once past check-in. The prices are reasonable and are quite cheap compared to other airports. Always a nice experience to travel to and from this airport after being in larger ones.
Never had any issues. Clean, small and quiet airport. Friendly staff, they even gave me a plastic bag with a smile, when I forgot it. Outside smoking area available at every time, after check-in.
Fantastic airport but its a shame they associate themselves with a scumbag cowboy parking company. 100 fine for stopping my car to look at a sign. It would have been 5 stars but for the reason mentioned. Beware, dont stop until you pass the barrier.
